ABOUT
Having worked in community engagement, building and organising for fifteen years and as a manager and CEO, I have developed many skills, particularly in the areas of leadership, management and stakeholder engagement. However, my greatest strength, and the work I enjoy most, is enabling moments of realisation, collaboration and growth through facilitation, training and coaching. This is where I'm focusing my energies now.

Facilitation - whether it is a strategy session, a team building activity or a difficult conversation amongst colleagues, I can collaborate with you to design, then facilitate a process to achieve your outcomes and provide a safe space for all participants to contribute, be heard and have a sense of agency towards those outcomes.

Training - I have designed, written and delivered countless trainings over decades. I can develop and/or deliver training for your staff, volunteers or other stakeholders on a wide range of subjects. Click here to see some of my training experience.

Coaching - As a coach, I can work with you and/or your staff to define your goals and a pathway towards achieving them, then support and hold you to account along the way.

Mentoring - As a mentor, I know when to coach and when to guide or provide advice. I have expertise mentoring in leadership, management, volunteer & community engagement and community organising.

Strategy - I can work with you and your team to develop or review your vision, mission, theory of change, values, niche, pathway to success, pillars of work and the tactics or activities that fall underneath them. I will tailor a process that best suits your team and deliver you a strategic document at the end.
